For architectural planning permission drawings we collaborate with a carefully selected range of architect partners, chosen specifically for their fit with the particular project.

For interior architectural design and technical design (electrics, bathrooms, kitchens, home automation, audio-visual, ventilation, etc.) our in-house team takes the lead and handles all detailed production drawings.

Studioʰ can work with you and support you throughout your chalet build project as an independent consultant. Whether that be in a creative capacity at the very early design stages or further down the line, our consultancy services include technical feasibility, costings, planning and building regulations, timeplanning, and quality control.

Our independent advisory services are available not only to clients considering a new build, but also those hoping to develop an existing site, such as a renovation or extension, or those wishing to validate the suitability and value for money of an off-plan development purchase opportunituy before committing.

Studioʰ takes a different approach to interior design. Our interiors concepts are developed at the very beginning of the architectural and construction planning stages and brought to fruition thoughout the build. Stunning features integrated properly within the structure and technology of a chalet are always a greater success that those added by an interior designer later in the process.

Our creativity comes into its own in the conceptual design of key installations such as staircases, internal glazing, fireplaces and bespoke cabinetry.

Once these focal points are in hand our team offers a comprehensive, creative interior design, sourcing and staging service. Moodboards capture room and colour schemes, lighting design comes with detailed electrical plans and elevations and can include audio visual and home automation proposals.

Our extensive network of kitchen, cabinetry, sanitaryware, furniture, furnishings, lighting and accessories suppliers extends throughout Europe and beyond. Studioʰ has over 15 years experience designing and delivering stunning luxury ski chalets working with these suppliers and trusted local trades to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and materials.

The highly experienced Studioʰ team keeps in contact with our clients at every stage of the build process, to ensure that the project meets their needs and delivers on both the client’s brief agreed at the outset and the level of quality of finish that we all expect.

As the intermediary operating as the facilitator between our clients and the building trades transparency is essential to our client relationships. We give straight-forward, honest advice and updates, even when it is not always the answer our clients expect to receive. Unlike pure architects and interior decorators, the breadth and depth of the technical experience of our team, along with their constant presence on site, means that we are able to proactively identify risks and issues and work with our clients and the trades to resolve and mitigate these.
